Our clinical model, our scope, and what we won’t do — in plain language.
Anabolic Insights is a health-technology platform. We connect members to a licensed medical provider, to CLIA-certified lab partners for bloodwork, and to a state-licensed partner pharmacy for any medications a provider prescribes. The platform also unifies wearable, lab, and clinical data so your care is informed and continuous.
Adults (18+) who want data-informed, physician-supervised care for hormone health, metabolic health, sexual health, menopause symptoms, and related longevity categories. If you prefer guessing or bypassing a medical evaluation, this is not the platform for you.
No. A prescription is issued only when a licensed provider determines, after evaluating your intake and labs, that a therapy is clinically appropriate and legal to prescribe in your state. If it is not, you receive the provider’s notes and next-step guidance — and you are not charged for medication.
Your wearable data (HRV, sleep, activity, resting heart rate, etc.) is shown to you as educational trends so you can understand your own patterns. When you request a consult, that context is available to your provider as clinical decision support. We do not automate diagnoses or treatment recommendations from wearable data.
Your consult fee is shown before you book. Medications, when prescribed, are billed separately — and only after your provider approves the prescription. You see the price before you are charged, and you will not be charged for medication that is not prescribed.
Anabolic Insights operates primarily insurance-free with transparent pricing. Your provider can issue a medical-necessity letter on request so you can submit eligible expenses for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
Yes. The platform is HIPAA-aligned. Your protected health information is shared only with the providers, pharmacies, and labs involved in your care — as described in our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
